Foundational brand identity for the launch of a Lincoln-based innovation community.

Inside Outside was built to bring people together around innovation—through ideas, conversations, events, and content. The brand needed an identity that could feel credible and forward-looking while still staying approachable, human, and flexible enough to work across a growing set of channels and touchpoints.
As lead designer for the initial brand launch, I developed the foundational visual system for Inside Outside: the brand style, theme, logo, and core look and feel that shaped how the company entered the market. The goal was to create a brand that felt energetic and modern without becoming overly technical or abstract.

I established a visual direction that could extend across digital presence, communications, launch materials, and other early brand expressions—giving Inside Outside a distinct voice and recognizable presence from day one. The work helped translate an emerging idea into a cohesive identity system that felt intentional, usable, and ready to grow.
The result was a clear and flexible launch identity that gave the brand consistency across its earliest touchpoints and created a strong visual baseline for future awareness, content, and community building.
