Ravello 192-CASE STUDY

Concept-to-launch brand identity for Metonic’s new community, Ravello 192.

Ravello 192-CASE STUDY

Ravello 192 began as a concept: a new “Apartminium” community Metonic was developing in West Omaha/Elkhorn, and it needed a clear identity before the first homes were built. The goal was to position the project as elevated, private, and everyday-livable—more refined than typical apartment living, but still warm and approachable for prospective renters exploring a new kind of product. Brand messaging and copy direction were developed and written by Anna Wastell and Micah Yost, which helped define the voice and promise the visuals needed to support.

As the original brand designer, I created the foundational system that brought Ravello 192 to life: logo design, color palette, and an overall brand aesthetic that could scale from early pitch materials to on-site and resident-facing touchpoints. I designed supporting collateral, a custom sign concept for the property, and a detailed illustrated map used in the initial presentation to prospective customers—helping audiences understand the site, the promise of the homes, and the lifestyle experience at a glance.

The result was a cohesive, premium brand toolkit that gave Metonic a credible, market-ready story while the development was still in progress—supporting early marketing and setting a strong visual baseline for future communications as the community moved from “planned” to “real.”
